Construction of Offices at the Chancery Courthouse #18252

NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, Mississippi, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 a.m. on June 18, 2025, for the construction of offices at the Chancery Courthouse located at 641 Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39401. Pre-Bid Meeting to tour the facility will be by appointment only, May 28, 2025, and May 29, 2025.

The above shall be bid upon and delivered as per detailed specifications on file in the Office of the Purchasing Clerk, Post Office Box 1310, 641 Main Street, Hattiesburg, MS 39403-1310, (601-545-6078), which may be obtained by visiting www.forrestcountymsbids.com or upon request. Bidders must use bid forms furnished by Forrest County if warranted. Bids submitted otherwise will be rejected. Or by electronic bid submission. Electronic submissions should be directed to PlanHouse Bidding 662-407-0193.

Each “Bid” submitted in person must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the word “BID” and the “NAME OF ITEM” on which the bid is being made and the “DATE OF BID OPENING’

The lowest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, of the Mississippi Code of 1972, Annotated and Amended, and other applicable State Law, and further the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities.
