Dixie Park Fence Supply and Install #18768

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, MS, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am on Friday, September 12, 2025, for the supply and installation of fencing at the Dixie Community Center Ballfields and Sports Courts in Hattiesburg, MS. The Dixie Community Center Ballfields are located behind the community center located at 760 Elks Lake Rd, Hattiesburg, MS 39401.

The above shall be bid upon and delivered as per detailed specifications on file in the Office of the Purchasing Clerk, PO Box 1310, 641 Main St, Hattiesburg, MS 39403-1310, (601-545-6078), which may be obtained by visiting www.forrestcountymsbids.com. Bidders must use bid forms furnished by Forrest County. Bids submitted otherwise shall be rejected. Electronic bids may be submitted at www.forrestcountymsbids.com.

Each "Bid" must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the word "BID" and the "NAME OF THE ITEM" on which the bid is being made and the "DATE OF BID OPENING".

The lowest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, of the Amended, and other applicable State Law, and further the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities.
