NOTICE TO BIDDERS

NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors of Forrest County, MS, will receive sealed bids until 10:00 am on Friday, January 23, 2025, for Commercial Door and Hardware Vendors.

 The above shall be bid upon per detailed specifications on file in the Office of the Purchase Clerk, PO Box 1310, 641Main St, Hattiesburg, MS39403-1310, (601-545-6078), which may be obtained by visiting www.forrestcountymsbids.com. Bidders must use bid forms furnished by Forrest County. Bids submitted otherwise shall be rejected. Electronic bids may be submitted at www.forrestcountymsbids.com.

Each "Bid" must be received in a sealed envelope which is marked in the lower left-hand corner with the word "BID" and the "NAME OF THE ITEM" on which the bid is being made and the "DATEOFBIDOPENING".

The lowest and best bid received will be accepted, subject to the provisions of Section 31-7-13, of the Amended, and other applicable State Law, and further the Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities.
